Safeway Industrial Services is soon expanding their services to include onsite training in EPA/ADEM, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
Also of particular interest, they offer management of universal waste which includes fluorescent lamps (bulbs), all types of batteries, ballasts, mercury containing articles (switches, thermostats) and electronic wastes.
Many businesses do not know that EPA has mandated that ALL businesses utilize proper management for these types of wastes. There are stiff fines for businesses that don’t observe the mandate requirements.
